This position is for a Senior Analyst : Service Delivery within the Business Analysis and Design Workstream for a large project! The ideal candidate will already be widely experienced in Programme Management, Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Organisational Design, and Statistical Analysis. The role specifically is responsible for setting up and managing a Model Office, liaising with functional partners and business customers to define and agree Shared Service Delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), creating and implementing an Organisational Model, and Modelling and Simulating the new Shared Services Unit and carrying out impact analysis.
Reporting and consulting regularly with the Business Analysis and Design Workstream manager the person will be expected to proactively operate and manage this aspect of the project. An experienced ?all rounded? individual with previous exposure to relationship management at a senior level, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to consult and persuade.
